We guarantee the authenticity of all our watches.
We also guarantee that the watch is working correctly at the time of shipping, unless otherwise stated on the listing. Watches in new condition are guaranteed by the manufacturer according to their conditions.
We do not take any responsibility for the watertightness of "water resistant" watches if their guarantee has expired.
Payment will made by transfer to our bank account in Spain. We will send you the account number once the order has been made. We can agree to use other payment methods. Please contact us.
We ship to Spain by courier or by other method chosen by the customer. We will ship upon reception of the payment (following business day if payment is received on a non-business day). The cost of handling and shipping (including IVA [VAT]) is:
We can send several items in the same package provided its weight does not exceed 2 kg (4.4 lb). If this is your case, please contact us to fulfill your needs.
Relojes Exclusivos is not liable for the loss, damage or loss of the contents of packages sent without insurance, as the buyer decides the method and the price of the shipping. The only compensation will be as determined by the conditions of the courier/mail service. The customer can request the shipping to be insured paying for that overcost. Please ask for conditions for insured shipping.
As products could get broken because of inadequate handling, we cannot accept returning of items. In case the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we will try to satisfy him/her as far as we can, but we will not accept returnings if we consider the item has been scratched or manipulated inadequately. Returnings will be demanded in a maximum of 48 hours after the receipt of the item.
The price of all the items published includes the IVA (VAT).
